How to Jailbreak iOS 7.1.1 untethered

A few hours ago, a group called team PanG from China released an iOS 7.1.1 untethered jailbreak.

A windows version is available to download right now, while the mac one will be released soon.

This jailbreaks iOS 7.1, iOS 7.1.1 and probably the upcoming iOS 7.1.2 and is compatible with iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPad 2 or later, iPad Air, iPad mini and 5th generation iPod Touch.

How to jailbreak with Pangu

  • Download Pangu for Windows from here and make sure you have the latest iTunes version insalled on your computer.
  • Open up Pangu and connect your iDevice to the computer using an USB cable.
  • Disable “Set Automatically” from Settings – General – Date & Time. Set the date manually to 02/06/2014, 08:30. On desktop or in the folder you have Pangu, a new app will show up and you will need to open it. The jailbreak process will start and after 2 restarts you will have an jailbroken iOS 7.1+ device.

Please note that you can disable using an option the installing of a pirated App Store.
