How to fix the missing /Users folder in OS X 10.9.3

This is a simple tutorial on how to fix the missing /Users folder in OS X 10.9.3.

Apple released yesterday OS X 10.9.3 and the /Users folder is missing. You will find a really easy way of getting it back in this tutorial. Unfortunatelly, Apple choosed to make this permanent – so after each restart you will have to make it if you want the folder back.

How to fix the missing /Users folder in OS X 10.9.3

  1. Open terminal
  2. Tap this on terminal windows:

    sudo chflags nohidden /Users

  3. Enter your administrator password when asked to
